...and now we enter another room packed with treasures to be discovered.

How about a workers jacket that has survived to still look like new:

Great venders with all sorts of stuff to satisfy your World's Fair interests and desires:

Just then our own "Park Bench" announces another one of his hours free raffles for WF land-fill. What show actually gives collectables away?!?:

Then off to schmooze with some of the venders - some of whom were more than willing to endulge my silly side:

Oooh Ohh - More toys! I love toys:

Keep watching for the final recap installment

Yes, much obliged, Steve. One question-- any idea what this book is with the T&P on its cover that was clearly being sold?

Hi All,

the gent with the beard and glasses in the 7th photo - who can help me remember his name? I've known him for years - haven't seen him for years since I last ran into him at the Adria. I met him maybe 15 years ago or more at a local Sunday postcard show. George...Leonard..Martin..I can't recall! He is a really nice guy and had some great stuff in his books. Anyway, it is driving me nuts!

Best,

Eric

That's the one. I have it and recommend it to 1939 and/or 1964 fans.

That small New York State replica model was not an original, but rather one I made for David Oats when he was campaigning to have the red light on top repaired. He was successful in his efforts but unfortunately passed away not too long after.

Aha!

That guys name is Gordon! :) The bearded guy in the photo captioned "Oooh Ohh - More toys! I love toys:" - took me four years to remember, but the wheels are still turning ;)

Hello all,

Is this an annual show / sale?

If yes..when and where?

Nope.
There used to be annual shows, first at the QM in the 80's, then at the Adria in the 90's and 2000's.
Ebay, and other factors, has taken it's toll on live WF shows.
