I wish I could have visited but I wasn't born. I suppose the closest thing we had to this ride was EPCOT's Horizons that closed in 1998 I think. A little off topic, but there were two guys who were huge fans of Horizons and discovered that there really wasn't any security on the track (unlike Futurama, where I think a guard was everywhere on the ride). So, they decided to take video cameras and photos of themselves being part of the future world. If you want to see some behind the scenes from Horizons check out the link:

Back a few years ago I posted about a Chevrolet engine that my high school had that came from the fair.

None of us could place it but I ran into a YouTube video that had the engine in it just the other day.

The video is named "What's under the hood (1973)"

We only had the cut-away engine and powerglide trans. It was part of a complete chassis display.

My guess it that is may have only been there in 1964 due to the "X-frame" that GM stopped using for 1965.
