Any Pop Art experts out there?

Does anything know if this piece of artwork on the Theaterama had a name? I believe the artist was John Chamberlin.

I've seen John Chamberlain's work I believe at the Guggenheim and at the Hirshhorn at the Smithsonian.  I don't fully understand abstract impressionism.  I know Mr. Chamberlain's primary work was with old automobile parts.  I don't know the name of this sculpture but I wonder if it is a part of Nelson Rockefeller's personal collection and is still there today.  He loved abstract impressionism and was a knowledgeable expert.  Some of it is displayed near the Corning Tower complex at Rockefeller Plaza in Albany. Some is on display at various museums (as mentioned above).  Some is displayed at Kykuit, the family home.

Reminds me of that episode of The Simpsons where an art dealer mistakes homer's failed home improvement projects for abstract art.

I think an appropriate title would be "Traffic Light failure at 42nd and Broadway.":)
