BLAISTOM Report post Posted June 3, 2014 I have bought some of the picture CD sets from Bill Cotter. And after viewing them got me thinking how most of the people you see at the fair walking around are now dead...

Randy Treadway Report post Posted June 3, 2014 They were dead then too! Don't you remember the Zombie Pavilion? It was over in the Lake Amusement Area between Franksville and Chun King. :D
Jim Report post Posted June 3, 2014 That's sort of a creepy thought. But we're not dead and are still enjoying the Fair.
xl5er Report post Posted June 3, 2014 They didn't look at all sick in the photos. Besides their existence, we can make assumptions about their names. Lots of internet headlines are click bait but there is a lot of information here despite the title.: How to Tell Someone's Age by Their Name. Baby names change in popularity with time. There were more Gertrudes and Heathcliffs strolling around the Unisphere then than now. The name xl5er was sadly NOT included in the stats. http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/how-to-tell-someones-age-when-all-you-know-is-her-name/
Randy Treadway Report post Posted June 3, 2014 XL5 was seen on NBC from 1963 through 1965, so was a regular word during the World's Fair.
