I think there was an optical illusion going on w those things. I thought for sure I was taller as I viewed the cutouts from afar, but as I ran up they seemed to grow taller. This really tweaked me off, especially if the figure was a girl. I took it personally.

I was always tall for my age so never really had this problem.
