If it *had* been true, such a dog could have been the star of *any* World's Fair. Say, I wonder if the skeletal structure of a dog's front leg makes it impossible to give a Sieg Heil salute....or to goose step? One could just imagine the possibilities.
Hmmm... maybe we *do* have a World's Fair connection. Everybody knows that the '64-65 NYWF featured Jetsons architecture, right? And the Jetsons' dog knew how to say 'Rastro'. Where did he learn that anyway?
