• $20 for Links Directory 3.3.0 upgrade, one-time expense

• Our members contributed $300 leaving $20 for unexpected expenses

Estimated 2012-13 Operating Expenses

The recent license upgrade to the IP.Board standard license is free for the first year and starting December 2012 our yearly renewal will be $50.

Our web hosting renews in November. Our domains renew in February and July.

This estimate is based on costs from the previous year. Prices may change.

Update: Just upgraded to a dedicated MySQL container with our web host. Instead of sharing with many customers we now have dedicated resources just for our database. I hope this ends the slow page loads and availability problems we've been having.

Month-to-month it costs $20 or $240/year
The price goes down to $200/year if we pay annually

Bringing the estimated total to run the community to $510/year
